Pepper support

A clear place to start.

Questions about Pepper, your account, or the notes you keep? Get in touch and tell us what you need.

Getting help

For a product question or beta issue, email the address above. Tell us what you tried, what happened, and whether you were using Device, native Cloud, or the hosted web pilot. Include an app version or error message if useful, without private note text or sign-in codes.

We keep support correspondence as needed to respond, follow up, and document the issue. You can ask us to delete it. Provider email records and backups follow separate rules in the privacy policy.

Export or delete your work

In the app, select Device or Cloud, then open My Data. Export and data deletion affect the selected workspace. Device deletion does not delete Cloud; Cloud data deletion keeps your sign-in account. Files you exported or shared are separate copies.

To delete the native Pepper sign-in account, use Cloud → My Data → Delete my Pepper account and follow the confirmation. Device work and the hosted web pilot remain separate. If the app reports an uncertain result or local cleanup warning, contact support instead of repeatedly trying the action.

For help with a Cloud data request, email from your account address. We may need to confirm ownership, but will not ask you to send a password or sign-in code.

A few useful answers

Can I download Pepper yet?

The app is in beta through TestFlight, with access provided separately. An initial US App Store release in English is in preparation. This website offers no public App Store download or paid plan.

Does signing in upload my Device notes?

No. Device and native Cloud workspaces are separate. Signing in does not automatically upload or merge Device work. Device backups and files you export or share may contain separate copies.

What happens to a suggested action?

You review each suggestion. It becomes a saved task only when you explicitly accept it. Pepper does not deliver automatic action reminders.

Does Pepper send the follow-up for me?

No. Pepper prepares an editable draft for you to copy or share. You decide when and where to use it.

Does AI read all my notes?

No. For a saved Cloud note, you enable sending it to OpenAI and tap Generate. Only that note’s title and body are sent for the request; Pepper does not automatically send your whole workspace. Leave consent off to decline future AI requests.

How long are saved notes kept?

Saved notes, summaries, follow-up drafts, and accepted tasks remain until you delete them. We do not automatically purge them solely for inactivity. Email, operational records, exports, and backups are separate.

Does deleting Pepper cancel an Apple subscription?

No paid plan is currently offered. If subscriptions become available, deleting an account or removing the app will not cancel them; use Apple’s subscription settings.
